Walk When You Talk.

Walking is one of the most common and popular form of physical exercise. Doctors advise patients to walk on a regular basis so that they stay healthy and active for a longer period of their life. Heart patients are advised to walk everyday so that the heart pumps more blood and there is proper circulation of blood throughout the body. Walking also helps obese people to reduce weight and avoid problems such as arthritis and other bone join pains.
