Healthy Food..!!


For any living being to survive you need food and water. Food is any substance that can be eaten for nutrition or for pleasure. The food you eat gives you the energy and the nourishment that your body needs. A proper balanced diet is necessary to keep you fit and healthy. Each cuisine has their own unique dishes that reflect their cultural heritage and their way of cooking.
